Mike Hsu
Michael Hsu is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation and serves on its Board of Directors.
Before becoming CEO in January 2019, Mr. Hsu served as chief operating officer, leading day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business units, along with the global innovation, marketing, and supply chain functions. Joining Kimberly-Clark in 2012 as group president of the company’s nearly $8 billion North American Consumer Products business, he quickly became known as a leader with passion and vision who could drive growth and value creation.
Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Hsu held senior and executive leadership roles at Kraft Foods. Before Kraft, he spent six years at H.J. Heinz, holding the positions of vice president of marketing for Ore-Ida and Frozen Meals, and later as president for Foodservice. He launched his career in the consumer products industry as a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, where he rose to partner in the firm's consumer practice.
Mr. Hsu earned a bachelor's degree from Carnegie-Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.


Russ Torres
Russ Torres currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer for Kimberly-Clark, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Kimberly-Clark’s business segments, as well as the Global Supply Chain, R&D, Global Growth and Digital Technology Solutions organizations.
Prior to becoming President and COO in May 2025, Mr. Torres served as president of Kimberly-Clark's $11 billion North America business, where he was responsible for strengthening growth, enhancing margins and elevating operational capabilities. He joined Kimberly-Clark in 2020 as president of Kimberly-Clark’s Professional business, where he led business-to-business operations globally. During his time at Kimberly-Clark, Mr. Torres has been known as a purpose-driven leader who has successfully overseen commercial transformations and delivered outstanding results.
Mr. Torres has more than 25 years of experience in the consumer product goods industry, and prior to Kimberly-Clark served in a number of key senior leadership roles at Newell Brands, Bain & Company and Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods). He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Magna Cum Laude high honors degree in physics from Dartmouth College.


John Carmichael
John Carmichael currently serves as President of Kimberly-Clark’s North America business, responsible for the company’s Personal Care, Family Care, and Professional businesses across the United States and Canada, which are home to some of the world's most recognized and trusted consumer brands.
Mr. Carmichael brings more than 30 years of experience in the consumer products good industry. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, he served as President and CEO of Nestlé Canada. He held several senior leadership positions at Nestlé USA including President of the Foods Division, President of the Beverage Division, and Vice President of Sales and Customer Development.
Throughout his career, Mr. Carmichael has played a pivotal role in repositioning brands for growth, leading business turnarounds, driving strategic acquisitions, and scaling emerging businesses and platforms.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).


Katy Chen
Katy Chen currently serves as President, International Personal Care for Kimberly-Clark, responsible for leading the company’s largest international personal care businesses comprising Greater China, S Korea, Australia & New Zealand, Indonesia and Brazil.
Prior to her appointment as President, IPC, Ms. Chen served as Vice President and Managing Director of K-C China, a role which she led Huggies to category leadership, attaining record-high shares, and drove Kotex to become the fastest growing brand in its category.
Ms. Chen started at Kimberly-Clark in 2009 and over the course of her tenure has consistently driven sustained growth across each of our categories, championed breakthrough innovation, built high performance teams, and accelerated the company’s evolution into a digital-first business.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University Shanghai, and an Executive MBA from Ceibs, Shanghai.


Leonardo Curado
Leonardo (Leo) Curado currently serves as Group President, Latin America, for Kenvue. He leads a multicultural team, driving strategies for sustainable growth in the region.
Mr. Curado brings more than 25 years of experience in business leadership, sales, and marketing across Latin America. Prior to this role, he served as General Manager for Diageo Mexico and previously held leadership positions at Kenvue, including Managing Director for Northern Latin America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Curado held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, BAT, and Shell Group.
Mr. Curado graduated in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and holds a MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral.


Anindya Dasgupta
Anindya (Andy) Dasgupta currently serves as Group President, Asia Pacific, for Kenvue. He leads a fully integrated, end-to-end team, responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy in the Asia-Pacific region and capitalizing on the rapid acceleration of markets, data, technology and science to achieve superior consumer experiences.
Mr. Dasgupta is a transformational commercial business leader with nearly 30 years of experience in global consumer products companies. Prior to joining Kenvue, he served as Chief Consumer Officer at Imperial Brands, helping lead the company’s portfolio transformation. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Fonterra, PepsiCo, and GSK, with global and regional responsibilities across Asia, Europe, and the United States.
Mr. Dasgupta holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and statistics from Jadavpur University and a post-graduate degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.


Carlos De Jesus
Carlos De Jesus currently serves as Group President, North America, for Kenvue. He leads a fully integrated, end-to-end team responsible for driving the strategy in North America, accelerating breakthrough capabilities, ensuring flawless execution, and enabling long-term growth.
With more than 25 years of experience in the global consumer products industry, Mr. De Jesus has built a strong track record of driving growth and leading large‑scale transformations across North America, China, Latin America, and Europe. Prior to joining Kenvue, he held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, most recently as Senior Vice President, Amazon Global Team Leader and North America Digital Commerce. Earlier in his career, Carlos led the creation of Procter & Gamble’s Corporate Strategy team, held marketing and sales roles within the Global and North America Baby Care divisions, and held various sales and operations management roles at Frito‑Lay.
Mr. De Jesus holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Russell Dyer
Russell (Russ) Dyer currently serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer for Kenvue. In this role, he leads Kenvue’s Global Corporate Affairs function and is responsible for public and government affairs, external and internal communications and social impact.
Prior to joining Kenvue, Mr. Dyer held progressive leadership positions at Mondelēz International, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Communications Officer and Head of Public & Government Affairs. Before Mondelēz International, he served as Vice President, Corporate Affairs at Kraft Foods Group, prior to the company’s merger with The H.J. Heinz Company, and as Director in the consumer practice at Weber Shandwick, where he was responsible for developing strategic public relations, social media, and integrated marketing programming for a wide range of consumer brands and several top-tier CPG companies.
Mr. Dyer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Communications from Boston College.


Tamera Fenske
Tamera Fenske is a CPG supply chain leader who has worked in a variety of manufacturing and supply chain leadership roles and is known for unlocking best-in-class capabilities across a range of technologies, innovations and go-to-market models. As Chief Supply Chain Officer for Kimberly-Clark, Tamera has global responsibility for the Enterprise Supply Chain’s end-to-end manufacturing and distribution footprint as well as the functional support areas, including procurement, quality, sustainability, occupational health and safety, strategy and capital engineering.
Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2022, Tamera served as senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain for 3M Company, where she led end-to-end supply chain in the U.S. and Canada across all of its business groups and markets. During her 22-year tenure with 3M, she held various senior roles leading manufacturing, supply chain and operations for many of the company's global businesses as well as plant management. She brings additional prior experience from Marathon Ashland Petroleum and Dow Chemical Company.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.


Jonathan Halvorson
Jonathan (Jon) Halvorson currently serves as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for Kenvue, responsible for driving marketing excellence and transforming the Company’s digital commerce strategy to unlock new growth opportunities and elevate consumer experience.
Mr. Halvorson is a seasoned marketing and commercial leader with deep expertise in digital transformation, consumer experience, and commerce strategy. Prior to joining Kenvue, he served as Senior Vice President of Consumer Experience and Digital Commerce at Mondelēz International, leading global teams driving the future of digital marketing, AI adoption, and data-driven consumer engagement across iconic brands like Cadbury, Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy.
Mr. Halvorson holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Carlton Lawson
Carlton Lawson currently serves as the Group President, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Kenvue. Leading a fully integrated, end-to-end team, he is responsible for the company’s growth strategies in the EMEA region, ensuring they meet the fast-changing consumer needs and demand patterns of these diverse regions.
Mr. Lawson is a seasoned leader with deep expertise in consumer health following a career spanning more than 30 years in leading healthcare organizations. Prior to Kenvue, he served as Company Group Chairman for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health EMEA and previously held senior leadership roles at GSK and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. He began his career at Warner‑Lambert Consumer Healthcare. Mr. Lawson is recognized for his values-based leadership and his ability to develop high-performing teams that deliver consistent business results.
Mr. Lawson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from The University of Manchester.


Grant McGee
Grant McGee currently serves as General Counsel forKimberly-Clark and leads all legal, public policy, government affairs, compliance, security and flight operations for the company.
Mr. McGee has extensive experience as a senior attorney and executive leader for Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines and General Electric. He began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading global law firm.
Mr. McGee earned a bachelor's degree with honors from Creighton University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law where he also graduated with honors.


Jeff Melucci
Jeff Melucci currently serves as Chief Strategy, Business Development and Administrative Officer for Kimberly-Clark. He leads the Strategy function and the strategic activities of the Company as well as Corporate Development and the company’s portfolio strategies and execution. Central to K-C’s Powering Care strategic commitments, Mr. Melucci leads the Natural Solutions business unit focused on advancing sustainable technologies. Mr. Melucci also oversees the Global Legal, Government Relations, Communications and Corporate Affairs organizations.
With more than 20 years of leadership at Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Melucci has a strong track record of leading business and functional strategies that have contributed to shareholder value. Before joining Kimberly-Clark in 2013, he held a series of general counsel and operational roles at General Electric for nearly ten years. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from The Ohio State University, a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law where he was Managing Editor of Law Review and completed Harvard Business School’s Program on Leadership Development.


Alan Ross
Alan Ross currently serves as Global Head of Strategy for Kenvue. He leads the company’s enterprise strategy agenda, including growth and value‑creation strategy, strategic planning, and performance management in direct alignment with the Kenvue Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
Mr. Ross has been a critical leader in establishing Kenvue, helping shape its growth algorithm, value‑creation strategy, operating model, and unified approach to strategic planning and execution. He brings nearly two decades of global leadership experience across strategy, marketing, and commercial roles within Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health, as well as prior experience at McKinsey & Company.
Mr. Ross holds a master’s degree in astrophysics from the University of Edinburgh.


Craig Slavtcheff
Craig Slavtcheff currently serves as Chief Research and Development Officer for Kimberly-Clark. He has global responsibility for the company's research, development, innovation, and quality functions, and is responsible for accelerating growth through innovation and elevating the company’s trusted brands.
Mr. Slavtcheff brings more than 30 years of R&D experience in the consumer products goods industry. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark in 2024, he served in various roles over 12 years at Campbell Soup Company, most recently as Executive Vice President, Chief R&D and Innovation Officer, where he led the Global R&D function. He previously held senior R&D roles at The Sun Products Corporation and Unilever and began his career at Procter & Gamble. Mr. Slavtcheff has been named as an inventor on more than 70 U.S. and global patents, covering a wide range of product categories.
Mr. Slavtcheff earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in chemical engineering from the University of Connecticut.


Francesco Tinto
Francesco Tinto currently serves as Kimberly-Clark’s Chief Information & GBS Officer and leads the company's Information Technology and Global Business Services organizations. He plays a central role in advancing Kimberly-Clark's Powering Care strategy, delivering the digital capabilities, operational infrastructure, and business services that enable the company's enterprise transformation.
Mr. Tinto brings more than 30 years of technology leadership experience across the consumer goods, retail, and business services industries. Prior to joining Kimberly-Clark, he served as Chief Digital Officer at Advantage Solutions, where he led technology simplification and modernization across the enterprise. He also served as Global Chief Information Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance, where he led the company's digital transformation, and at Kraft Heinz, where he oversaw the technology integration following the merger and built a global business services organization from the ground up. He began his career at Procter & Gamble in technology leadership roles.
Mr. Tinto holds a Master of Engineering from the Politecnico di Bari in Italy. He believes that technology and business services, when working as one, unlock the kind of integrated, enterprise-wide solutions that give companies a genuine competitive edge.


Nelson Urdaneta
Nelson Urdaneta currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Kimberly-Clark and oversees Finance. He is responsible for building a strong foundation of growth and long-term shareholder value to deliver the company’s purpose of Better Care for a Better World.
Mr. Urdaneta joined Kimberly-Clark after nearly 17 years at Mondelēz International, where he held numerous positions of increasing responsibility across multiple geographies, including Treasurer, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer of Asia Pacific, Supply Chain Finance leader for North America, and General Manager of Venezuela. Prior to joining Mondelēz, he held financial planning and analysis and supply chain pricing positions at Ryder System, Inc.
Born in the U.S. and raised in Venezuela and the U.S., he holds an Economics degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Stacey Valy Panayiotou
Stacey Valy Panayiotou currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark, leading the global HR function to achieve the company's people ambition. She plays a critical role in enabling company strategy through Kimberly-Clark's workforce worldwide, focusing on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building cultures that are both high-performing and deeply caring.
Ms. Panayiotou has more than two decades of proven HR leadership experience, most recently serving as CHRO at Ball Corporation, where she built a best-in-class global HR organization. She also held a number of senior HR leadership roles, including CHRO at Graphic Packaging International, and spent 13 years with The Coca-Cola Company in various global positions, including leading talent development and HR operations across more than 120 countries.
Ms. Panayiotou holds two master's degrees from Loyola University Chicago's Institute of Human Resources & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She is passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive and reach their full potential.


Michael Wondrasch
Michael (Mike) Wondrasch currently serves as Chief Technology & Data Officer for Kenvue. He oversees the Information Technology and Data Science groups and leads fully integrated technology and data strategies that drive innovation to enable growth and better serve customers and consumers.
Mr. Wondrasch is a global leader with nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of technology, digital, and data for Fortune 100 companies. Prior to joining Kenvue, he served as Chief Information Officer at Avantor and held senior technology leadership roles at Bunge, PepsiCo, and AmerisourceBergen. Earlier in his career, he worked across manufacturing, data, and digital transformation roles at Mars and CIBER and founded a technology start‑up.
Mr. Wondrasch holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Villanova University and a Master of Science in computer engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
